Business High Point-Chamber of Commerce Announces Promotion of Julie Hill to Chief of Staff

Business High Point-Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the promotion of Julie Hill to Chief of Staff. Julie joined Business High Point-Chamber of Commerce in 2022 as the first Executive Director of The Interchange that successfully launched August 2023 and lead to a record-breaking year in 2024. Through the Interchanges success, it enabled it to become known as the premier professional development hub throughout the region. Her extensive knowledge and unwavering commitment to the community and members of Business High Point – Chamber of Commerce make her an outstanding choice for this key leadership position.

Julie brings experience in administration, people management, and leadership. She has a proven track record of directing internal operations, developing policies, mentoring staff, while ensuring long-term sustainability and success.

In her new role as Chief of Staff, Julie will provide leadership and effective management across all areas of administration and development. She will work closely with Rachel Collins, President and CEO, ensuring the efficient flow of information and determining organizational priorities. Julie will also play a critical role in implementing the vision and culture set by the CEO, overseeing internal team operations, fine tuning efficiencies and continuing to develop and foster partnerships with community organizations.
